The Venetian and The Palazzo are home to more than 30 restaurants including eight James Beard Award-winning Chefs. The below restaurants have designed special menus inspired by Valentine’s Day that will ensure your date “falls in love.”
* CUT at The Palazzo – Look no further than CUT for a chic, romantic steakhouse on Valentine’s Day. The special menu features your choice of The CUTs including U.S.D.A. PRIME, Dry Aged 35 Days, Petit New York Sirloin 10 Oz with House Made Steak Sauce or Australian 100% Wagyu Beef From Blackmore Ranch, Victoria Falls, New York Sirloin 6 Oz to name a few.
* Dos Caminos at The Palazzo – Dos Caminos has created a special “Dia De Los Enamorados” menu for the lovers wanting to add some spice to their night. The menu featuring Habanero Lobster Bisque as a starter and Mar y Tierra or Cocoa Dusted Long Island Duck as an entrée is available February 12-14.
* LAVO at The Palazzo – Romance your Valentine at LAVO on the terrace overlooking the Strip or enjoy the warm fun filled dining room. Try the Lovers Lamb Chop Grilled with Tomato and Olive Crudo and finish with the Chocolate Tower of Love. Special Valentine’s menu available February 10-14.
* Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo – Merging the classic steakhouse with an iced seafood bar, a cheese and charcuterie bar and more than 60 wines-by-the-glass, Morels is truly a unique dining experience. For Valentine’s Day, Morels Executive Chef JL Carrera has created the ultimate aphrodisiac dish – Truffle Tagliatelle. This delectable dish features a bounty of shrimp served with pasta, and is heavy on the truffle. Continuing with the romance theme, Carrera is also featuring heart-shaped ravioli packed with ricotta and spinach.
* Pinot Brasserie at The Venetian – California-French inspired dishes such as Lobster Bisque, Stuffed Quail and New Zealand Rack of Lamb are just samples of what Pinot Brassierie is offering the food lover in you. Specialty menu is available on February 11-14. Three courses $75, four courses $90 and five courses $100.
* Postrio Bar & Grill at The Venetian – Located in the vibrant Saint Mark’s Square, Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio Bar & Grill is featuring a special Valentine’s Day menu that is sure to please the palate and add some sparks to your evening with the “Hot Date” Cake or Glazed Decadent Exotic Fruit Chocolate Torte as your dessert choices.
* SUSHISAMBA at The Palazzo – Celebrate the sacred day of love at SUSHISAMBA for Valentine’s Day Omakase. This tasting menu will surely have the senses soaring with a Trio of Gunkan and Wagyu Beef Ishiyaki. Specialty menu is available on February 12 – 14. The price is $70 per guest and menu items are available a la carte.
* Table 10 at The Palazzo – Let Table 10 treat you to a Valentine’s Day tasting menu for two featuring Seared Maine Sea Scallops on Sweet Corn Risotto with Sauce Beurre Rouge and Seared Filet Mignon on Lobster Smashed Potatoes with Artichoke Black Truffle Ragout. Be sure to save room for the Red Velvet Whoopee Pie dessert. The Valentine’s tasting menu will be available February 14.
* TAO at The Venetian – Bring your Valentine to one of the hottest celebrity hangouts and dine on ½ dozen Fresh Oysters served on the half shell, Brandied lobster pad thai with sweet and spicy cashews or Surf ‘n Turf with a special x.o. sauce. The Valentine’s menu will be offered February 10-14.
* Zeffirino at The Venetian – Enjoy the true taste of Italy while overlooking the Grand Canal and enjoying an array of choices from Zeffirino’s Valentine’s Day specialty menu. Risotto alle fragile, Taglierini Zafferano and Persico al forno are just a few of the entrée options. The special prix fix Valentine’s menu is available on February 14.

* Sweet Surrender at The Palazzo – With cupcakes, cookies, lollipops, toffee, licorice and hard candies…you are sure to find a sugary treat for your Valentine at Sweet Surrender. The gourmet cupcake and candy store, will offer a special Valentine’s Day cupcake filled with raspberry and cream cheese, frosted with fudge, topped with butter cream and a chocolate praline medallion.

* Gondola Ride at The Venetian – Legend says that when a couple kisses underneath the Bridge of Sighs they will be assured eternal love. Sit back, relax and let our Gondoliers serenade your sweetheart with the most romantic songs including “That’s Amore” and “O sole mio” while you float down the Grand Canal. Enjoy the Romance Package with your loved one and sip on champagne and savor chocolate covered strawberries served dockside. The Romance Package is only available on the indoor gondola ride for $125 and is offered to guests all year round. Gondola rides are $16 per person (boat seats four) or $64 for a private two-person gondola ride.
· Double Helix Wine Bar at The Palazzo – Stroll The Shoppes at The Palazzo and stop by Double Helix Wine Bar located on the second level for 2-for-1 first round of sparkling wine on Valentine’s Day.
· Fusion Mixology Bar at The Palazzo – This Latin-inspired mixology bar located on The Palazzo casino floor will satisfy your sweet tooth with Valentine’s Day inspired libations. Treat your sweetie to the scrumptious and seductive Red Velvet Cake Martini or for a lighter, refreshing, exotic cocktail sip the Amore Vietato (Forbidden Love). The Valentine’s Day cocktails will be available February 11-14.

-2oz Hendricks Gin
-1oz Blood Orange Juice
-Dash simple syrup, 2 strawberries
-4 slices of cucumber
Muddle fruit with simple syrup, add gin and blood orange juice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with strawberry, cucumber spiral and orange peel hearts.
