Tacos & Tequila's Mahi Mahi Burrito
TACOS AND TEQUILA INTRODUCES MAHI MAHI BURRITO
Tacos and Tequila (T&T) has added a delicious and nutritious seafood selection to its mouthwatering Mexican menu. The delectable mahi mahi burrito will provoke a fiesta for the taste buds featuring grilled mahi mahi wrapped in a flour tortilla, topped with napa cabbage, pico de gallo, fresh guacamole, a blend of Oaxaca and Gouda cheeses and served with a side of jalapeno-infused tartar sauce, for dipping. A good source of protein and essential nutrients, the mahi mahi burrito will surely please both seafood and Mexican food fanatics alike.
Mahi Mahi Burrito recipe:
1-12″ flour tortilla
2 oz cheese mix (Oaxaca and Gouda)
2 oz guacamole
1 oz jalapeño tartar sauce (see recipe below)
2 oz napa cabbage, sliced
4 oz mahi mahi
1 oz pico de gallo
Jalapeño tartar sauce recipe:
2 pickled jalapenos
1 tbsp. cilantro
3 tbsp. cappers
3 tbsp. diced red onion
1 cup mayonnaise
Grill mahi mahi for two minutes on each side. Heat tortilla and add cheese, guacamole, cabbage, pico de gallo, and the fish. Roll the tortilla into burrito shape and place on the grill for 20 seconds. Cut the burrito lengthwise and serve with a side of jalapeno tartar sauce for dipping.
