Nu sanctuary at Town Square has introduced a three-course prix fixe menu for guests with an early appetite, available for just $30 Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Executive Chef Brian Howard has prepared a mouthwatering three-course dinner featuring a sampling of some of nu sanctuary’s signature selections. The prix fixe menu begins with a choice of either the grilled summer corn soup or Caesar salad. The main course features a four-way tasting plate including potato and cheese stuffed pierogies topped with crème fraiche and caviar, petite filet mignon, chickpea crusted scallops served atop cauliflower risotto, and spring chicken wrapped in prosciutto. For dessert, guests may choose between nitro caramel corn or rose scented crème brulee.
